Q: What are the mode of payments accepted? 

A: At Gaico, we accept the following payment methods - Visa, Master, American Express, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paynow and Paylah! 

Q: Do you accept cash on delivery?

A: Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery. 

Q: How long will the product take to arrive?

A: For in-stocked edible products we will ship them out within 1-3 working days, once the transaction is captured and completed. As for our customised products, pre-order and printing will require 5-7 working days for orders to be processed. Please allow our logistics partner to deliver them to your doorstep within the next 3 working days. 

Q: How can I track my order? 

A: Once the order is being picked up by our logistics partner, an automated email will be sent to your email and mobile phone via SMS with the tracking number and details provided, where you can track and trace your parcel in real-time. 

Q: Can I schedule the time for delivery?

A: Yes you may select your preferred time slot when checking out and making payment for your order. The following time slots offered are morning, afternoon and evening in intervals from 9am to 5pm. 

Q: How can you ensure that my products will arrive undamaged? 

A: At Gaico, we ensure that your parcel is well wrapped with thick layers of eco-friendly bubble wrap to prevent any damage or breakage of your products. Additionally, fragile stickers are also pasted on the box to remind logistics partners to handle the parcel with caution and care. 

Q: How should I care for my tote bags/cup holders?

A: We recommend you to hand wash the products with cold water and mild soap. The use of warm or hot water is strongly not recommended to prevent any custom print from peeling or shrinking. Alternatively, you may also flip the product inside out (with the printing facing inwards) and place it in a washing net and machine wash when needed.

Q: How much weight can the tote bag withstand? 

A: Our tote bags are able to withstand up to 5kg. 

Q: Are the tote bags/cup holders water resistant? 

A: Our products are made of canvas. 

Q: How long can the edible homeware products be kept for? 

A: Our edible homeware products have a shelf life of 6 months from the date of purchase. However, we recommend consuming them within a month to retain their freshness. 

Q: Where should I store the edible homeware products?

A: To sustain the freshness of our edible homeware products, it is recommended to store the products in a cool and dry area, avoiding sunlight and humidity.

Q: Are your products handled in a hygienic manner? 

A: At Gaico, we uphold hygiene as our utmost priority. Therefore, our staff are fully equipped with Food & Hygiene certificates and are professionally trained to practice handling all food products with gloves, hairnets, and masks on at all times. Our food handling area is also sanitised every hour with food-grade disinfectant. 

Q: Are there any allergens that I need to take note of? 

A: Our products are 100% GMO-free, with no artificial colourants, sweeteners, or preservatives, and are 100% vegan, suitable for vegetarians. 

Q: I have not seen anything like this before, does it taste good?

A: Yes, our edible cookie cups taste exactly like delicious flavoured cookies!

Q: Are the products I am receiving fresh?

A: At Gaico, we strive to provide our customers with only the freshest quality products. Therefore, we order our products in limited quantities monthly. 

Q: How long can I keep my drinks in the edible cups?

A: To ensure freshness and tastiness of our edible cookie cups, we advise you to consume your drinks from the edible cookie cups, within 12 hours. However, fret not! Our edible cookie cup walls are specially made to withstand long hours when in contact with liquid. Thus, our edible cookie cups may turn slightly soggy but it will still hold its shape and structure, without any leakage, for at least 24 hours.

Q: Will the edible homeware products affect the taste of my food? 

A: Our products do not alter the taste of the original food/beverage consumed. In fact, the edible cups adds an extra element of taste to hot beverages, just like milk and cookie.
